All underwriters and the entire closing department work on incentives. Each file is handled with a sense of urgency. WE LISTEN & MAKE OURSELVES AVAILABLE Our clients appreciate the fact that their loan officers can talk directly to an underwriter on any deal. In fact, they know that not only can they talk to underwriters, account managers, and the management team; they can even speak with our owners in their efforts to close a deal. Our open door policy has been a major factor in both our clients' and our own success. As a Broker, if you don't know which way to go with a file, we welcome you to call or come to the office and discuss a file directly with one of the underwriters. You can also fax in a 1003 and a credit report and get an idea of the grade and maximum LTV we would give the file. |
